A little about our story
Saham was born on June 18, 2020, being run by 2 Designated Partners, Lavanya G, an Advocate specializing in International Business & Trade Laws & Prashanth Kumar G, Masters in International Marketing.
The idea of Saham brewed when Our dear CEO Lavanya G, was interviewing several business owners as a part of her Stanford Design Thinking Program on how she might simplify a contract that works better for the client/user? which enabled her to identify several problems that a client faces while using a contract. Therefore, She and her brother started Saham to provide an enhanced contract experience to their Clients.

We brainstorm for creating workable and effective Contracts by combining Law, Design, Design Thinking & Plain language Principles allowing the Contract User to understand the underlying purpose of the Contract and that enables our Clients to manage their business risks and speed up their Contract Negotiations.

Our firm was approached by a prominent footwear retailer in Telangana seeking assistance with drafting a Trademark License and Footwear Manufacturing Agreement to be entered into with a footwear retailer. Through meticulous due diligence, we uncovered significant trademark ownership issues, including their bankruptcy and pending litigation. We promptly advised our clients against proceeding with the Agreement, protecting them from potential substantial losses.
We assisted numerous clients in the booming real estate sector of Telangana, specifically in and around Hyderabad, by resolving critical land related issues. We drafted concise representations to the relevant authorities, securing necessary documents and resolving concerns related to land survey, survey number correction, prohibited land listing, and land mutation.
A concerned friend seeking to exit a company approached Saham, expressing confusion and worry about their partnership interest as a director. Our firm advised negotiation with other directors, employing a comprehensive strategy encompassing BATNA, WATNA, and ZOPA, resulting in a Settlement Agreement that exceeded our client s expectations and ensured a favorable outcome.
